Rentals
Once a rental order is placed, we will send you an automated confirmation email. Then we will contact you to confirm the rental date, time, and delivery location. We will deliver the equipment and picked it up according to the information provided in the order and confirmed with the you.
Rental orders may be canceled at any time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are subject to a fee of 50% of the one-day rental rate.
In the case of inclement weather within 24 hours of scheduled pickup, you may choose a future rental credit or a full refund. If the equipment is picked up but cannot be used due to weather, a credit for a future rental will be provided.
Purchases
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received in full, we will send you an automated confirmation email. We will process and ship the purchased product as quickly as reasonably possible. In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. If a product is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you and provide the option to wait or cancel the order. When the order ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status and estimated delivery date.
