How do I get/return my rental?
After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to coordinate the pickup location and time. On the day of your rental, we’ll meet you there with the equipment ready to go.
We’ll also confirm your return date, time, and location for pick up. We’ll meet you again at the agreed location to collect the equipment.
What areas do we service?
We currently serve, but are not limited to, the Lake Travis area, including:
Lakeway
Bee Cave
Spicewood
Dripping Springs
- Austin
We deliver directly to sporting venues such as:
LTYA Field of Dreams (Bee Cave)
Bee Creek Sports Complex
DSYSA Fields

Can I use my own extension cord or battery?
We strongly recommend using only the extension cords or power banks provided by Pitch King. Pitching machines require significant power, and the equipment we supply follows the manufacturer’s safety guidelines. Using unapproved cords or power sources may result in poor performance or damage.
If no outlet is available, our tested power banks are available to safely power the machines for extended periods.
Generators may also be used, but check the manufacturer’s owner’s manual for approved specifications.
Please note: Some fields do not permit generator use. Confirm with your facility before planning to use one.
What if the rental equipment gets damaged or malfunctions?
If your rental equipment malfunctions or is damaged, notify us right away so we can minimize disruption to your plans. We’ll assess the situation and, if available, provide a replacement.
Depending on the cause of the damage, you may be charged for repairs or replacement. Normal wear and tear is not charged to the customer.
What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand weather can impact your plans.
If equipment has not yet been picked up: You may choose a credit for a future rental or a full refund.
If equipment has already been picked up: If weather prevents use, we will provide a credit toward a future rental.
What is the minimum rental period?
All rentals are based on a minimum period of 1 day (24 hours). If equipment is returned more than 2 hours past the scheduled return time, an additional day may be charged.
Can I return equipment early?
Yes, you may return equipment earlier than the scheduled time; however, a minimum one-day rental fee still applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled at any time. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to a 50% of the one-day rental rate of the equipment listed on your order.
Can my rental be applied toward a purchase?
Yes! If you decide to purchase a pitching machine after renting, Pitch King will credit your one-day rental fee toward the purchase price. This allows you to “try before you buy” with no wasted money, ensuring you’re confident in your investment.
